Postmenopause Symptoms

After passing through the natural process of menopause, a woman's body loses the ability to maintain estrofen levels in healthy amounts. As a result, many of the symptoms that appeared during menopause will still continue for the rest of women's lives.

Hot flashes: sensations of heat in the upside part of the body.		Aging Skin: hormonal imbalance reduces the ability to restore skin cells.
Loss of libido: sexual desire decrease considerably.		Crashing fatigue Sensation of unexplained complete exhaustion
Night sweats: intense sweating during sleep.		Incontinence: Disturbing loss of the ability to control urinary glands
Mood swings: your reactions can become unmotivated and unpredictable.		Irritability: Women tend to be more susceptible and more eager to lose control.
Memory lapses: women become eager to forget things, interfering with daily life.		Osteoporosis bones become weaker and tend to fracture very often. This condition can become really harmful if not given the right attention.
Headaches: Severe episodes of headaches are produced by hormonal imbalance.		Difficulty Concentrating: women cannot concentrate as she used to because of the changes in body functioning produced by hormonal imbalance.
Vaginal dryness Loss of the natural moist of the vagina leading to severe discomfort		Weight gain: Hormonal changes involve a change in metabolism; that finally leads to weight gain.

Women should keep in mind that the postmenopause have the same symptoms of menopause because both of them are produced by the same cause, which is hormonal imbalance.
